So Montreal on the Saturday and then Gaynor ran for you in Philadelphia on Sunday - the Valley Forge 5 mile Revolutionary Run. The girl did great - 47 minutes and 43 seconds. As the hills got steeper her mantra was "Ella Bella, Ella Bella" - top tip for all of us running Sunday week.
